I just started this house design with some great new clients/new found, long lost friend.  We’re looking forward to pushing the envelope with the connections of  interior and exterior space along with maximizing envelope & passive efficiency.   Our other goal is to create a home within a realistic 1st time home owner budget.  The clients, both who are eastern washington natives, are relocating  east of the mountains in an effort to slow down the pace of life and be closer to the mountains.  More up to date renderings are to follow.
